Made following the traditional method, Vin de Liège sparkling wines do not compare unfavourably with their cousins from Champagne. Produced using Johanniter grapes, they are fresh, ever so slightly lemony, with a slight bitterness on the finish and rather pronounced crispness. The Cuvée de Frémissement was inaugurated along with the wine cellar in May 2015. This was the first in a long series of wonderful events that just have to be celebrated with bubbles!
